大衆は、不思議なもので、無知でありながら、全体として、集合知と言えるレベルではないが、案外正常な選択をする傾向があるのではないか。

だから、第二次世界大戦前のドイツで、ヒトラーが多くの国民を長い期間騙せた事実はナゾである。
