やはり、人の上に立てる人間は、限られている。
とくに海外では、個人主義が強いので、上司は圧倒的な力量を部下に見せつけないことには、彼らはついてこない。
日本企業の海外支店では、"人のいい" ボスとして赴任する日本人も多いが、内心、バカにされている人も多いようだ。
