朗々と謳う「great, great wall」まではいいが、これをなぜメキシコが払う必要があるのか、そして、実際に払ってもらえるアテはあるのか？
誰が見ても、払ってもらえないことは明白。なのに、あえて公に言う趣旨はよくわからない。
不必要に隣国を刺激する目的は何か？
目的はなく、口から飛び出してしまっただけの話なのか？
