戦わずに先に行く戦法と解釈した。
何かしようとすれば、必ず反対する人間がいる。
本音を隠しつつ、名目や口実や大義名分を上げて反対されると、なかなかやりにくい。
とくに大義名分は表面上正論だけに、正面から論破することは、かなり厳しく、多くの人が突き崩せない。
今日のコトバは、そういう反対派との衝突は可能な限り避けつつ、プランの実行に邁進すべきと言っているのではなかろうか。
